Rotel Rice Casserole

-1lb ground beef
-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
-2 cans Rotel
-1.5cups uncooked rice
-2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

-In a large skillet cook ground beef and drain grease
-Add soup, rotel, rice, and 1.5cups of cheese to skillet and mix well
-Pour mixture into 9×13 casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese
-Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
