Strawberry Balsamic Pork Chops

Ingredients:
-4 pork chops
-Large drizzle of oil (I use olive oil but you can use whatever oil of your choice)
-Salt & pepper
-3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
-2 Tablespoons strawberry jam (You can use any flavor jam/jelly/preserves you want. I personally have done this with strawberry and cherry and both are fantastic!)
-2 Tablespoons water
-1 teaspoon sugar
-2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
-Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
-Season pork chops with salt and pepper
-Add pork chops to pan and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side until almost done. Remove from pan and set aside.
-Lower heat to medium, pour balsamic vinegar into pan and let simmer about 3-5 minutes.
-Stir in strawberry jam, water, sugar, and a little salt and pepper. Let simmer a few more minutes until well mixed.
-Remove pan from head and add butter, stirring to melt.
-Return pork chops to pan and place over medium heat
-Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on each side to fully cover in glaze.
-Divide between plates and drizzle leftover glaze on top of chops.
